I ordered a large flag display case. The display arrived quickly and well packaged. My heart dropped when I unboxed the display. It was painted black as advertised but seemed to have several large gobs of a sticky substance which I imagined to be a clear stain or protectant. It was so bad that I could not bring myself to place an American Flag in such a poor looking display case. I did reach out and was offered a replacement but I had already taken the display to a local woodworker to redo. The company did refund me i full and that convinced me that they are reputable and ensure customer satisfaction.
