The retractable banner is great. The colors in it are true to the logo that was sent in and the logo is positioned just right. The quality of the banner is such that I believe it will stand up for many years. I, and the organization for which it was purchased, am very pleased with it. The only question I have is how that little ?lock pin? is to be used. There were no directions that made any sense to me on how to use it.
