We have had excellent experience with Displays2go in the past, which is why we ordered our needed heavy duty acrylic sign holders from them again. Unfortunately, this time all three frames arrived cracked, with no visible damage to the outer shipping box. Not sure what happened from a quality control perspective, but one call to customer service later, new frames were on their way at no cost to us. Mistakes happen, and how they handled it speaks volumes. We'll continue to order from them in the future.
