I like this stand because it's versatile--components can be mounted in different ways. Plus it includes a power strip and the price is good. Upon assembly I'd say that the major parts seem well made and everything went together fine. The hardware, like screws and washers, and the included tools, are cheap cast parts, but they worked okay. Would I trust at $20K TV on this stand? Maybe not, but for average use it's a good value!
