The banner specifies on the order page that replacement graphics are available for that model, which is why I ordered that banner in 2013. When I attempted to do that in 2019, the very nice customer service rep apologized when they told me replacement graphics are not available for that model. I purchased a whole new banner (same model - as it's a good banner)- this was over $400 with shipping. and the item still says that replacement graphics are available for that specific banner. Great quality product, but beware incorrect or misleading info.
