Display 2 Go had shipped the flag display case immediately after ordered. The product was delivered on time. The cardboard container was ripped in several places the display case was broken at a joint and had a lot of scratches on the face of the flag display case. Contacted Display 2 Go immediately after opening the display case with an e-mail with pictures of the damage to the display case. Called Display 2 Go early the next morning and conversed with a representative who I told I had sent an e-mail with pictures the night before. The rep. put me on hold to survey the e-mail and the pictures of the damage. Within 45 seconds the rep. was back on the phone informing me, what Display 2 Go was going to do to fix the problem. The fix was to send out another new display case immediately at no charge and for me to have the product within two days. The product was delivered in two days. Unfortunately, like the first package the private carrier delivered another cardboard package ripped and gouged out. The flag display case was fortunately not scratched or damaged. If I have to purchase another flag display case for another deceased veteran it will be purchased through Display 2 Go.
