I ordered a couple of display racks and was really on a time crunch so I paid a significant amount for expedited shipping. Ultimately, I did receive them on time, but I wasn't impressed that I never received a shipping confirmation email (until several days after I received my purchase) and had to contact customer service to verify that my order had indeed shipped. Customer service was helpful.
