The process to order went very well and I thought I received a good deal on the product. The counters I ordered were delivered on time, however 2 of the three I purchased on my last order were delivered badly damaged in shipping. I called and was assured that the replacements would be sent in short order. I have not had them delivered yet but it has only been a couple of days. Mistakes happen and sometimes shipping is out of your control. I understand that and do not hold it against you.
