Awesome! The first case was received with a chip in the finish on the top. Since this case is intended to be a memorial for my wife, I wanted it to be as flawless as possible. The gentleman I spoke with (Mark?), was very understanding and arranged a replacement. The new case arrived a few days later. Perfect! All I can say is, Thank You.
