As in reviews I read the shipping was horrible. the package was just left in our back parking lot and it was damaged. Looked like it was pushed out of a rolling truck. I will say the podium itself was chipped but not so bad we could not make it presentable. Customer service was quick to make it right with the offer of a %credit or a replacement. We kept the existing and it is the look we were hoping for.
