Responses to questions were speedy and excellent. My questions were answered clearly. I have an issue with the product, and not the company (customer service) itself - please put a rubber seal on the edges of your portable magazine stands. The edges are made of metal and very sharp, they could cut someone or the person assembly it. Otherwise it is easy to assembling. Also, it would be helpful to have a strap on the carrier bag (so customers can carry it over the shoulder) instead of only by hand. Thank you and God bless you!
