Placed an order, confirmation said it would ship the next day. Order shipped the next day. 4 days later, on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, i received an email saying that one of the 3 items was out of stock. The items were for a trade show that started Tuesday. Now at the 11th hour I had to find replacements (thank god for amazon). I told the agent to cancel the out of stock items. He chose to cancel the whole order and contact FedEx to NOT deliver the balance of the order. So waiting in the trade show booth for the item to be delivered, I tracked it to see it was being returned to shipper. I contacted the agent again, he said he could ship out the items that were being returned, overnight. The next day, one of the 2 remaining items was delivered. Still no sign of the 3rd item, and no response from the company. I will be disputing any charges with my credit card company.
