I had a giant poster 40x60 inches so the frame was flimsy and there was no option to hand the frame other than to screw it into a wall. On smaller frames I could see how that wouldn't be a problem. But on a large frame I had to open up the top edged and that would cause the poster to shift making it very difficult to hang correctly. Overall, it protects the poster, it looks good and I got it hung so yes I would recommend it to someone else.
