When I got the display rack the package of screws etc was open, and everything was in the box. There was a "cam" missing. I called and the gentleman I spoke with sent me a whole new set...not just the one I was missing. I am happy with the pamphlet display rack. It is much more presentable and hopefully will stay neater than the shelves I had!!
