Ordering and processing went perfectly. Shipping was our only hiccup. When the base for the mount is shipped there is no protection on the outside corners of the base within the box. Every base that we received had broken plastic caps on the corners. Displays2go was amazing at sending us another base but that one as well came with broken caps again because there is no protection for the corners inside the box. I have given up on getting the plastic caps. They will only send us another base not the plastic caps.
