My sign holder came as ordered and is what I expected. A few scratches on the outer corner of the top but it will serve our needs fine and is as advertised. Good, sturdy outdoor sign holder. Update: Scratches were from shipping, a section of the box ripped open during transit. A company representative followed up with me to figure out what happened, apologized, and surprised me by offering a 15% discount on my order. Great customer service.
