The process of buying the display case was excellent. The reason for 4 stars is the the product was described as Mahogany, but was actually Cherry. I elected to keep it, to avoid having to deal with a return. I am updating my review. The company began a dialog about my small complaint, and we came to a good resolution. Yes, it did involve a small discount, but it was also good customer relations. That is a good sign for future purchases.
