I ordered 6 kitchen chairs, 360 degree rotating, counter height. They arrived promptly and were very easy to assemble. But upon opening the boxes I discovered that one of the chairs was damaged. There are faint blue marks on the white seat that won't come off and small pieces of the chrome plating are chipped off near the base. There is also a small dent in the base itself. It was disappointing. I don't know how that chair made it through the quality control checks, if there are any. The other five chairs were fine. Upon reading this review, I was quickly contacted by Customer Support. They promptly sent me a replacement chair which has already arrived and is in good condition. I have adjusted my rating upwards accordingly.
