If it wasn't for our local FedEx office, I never would have received my order. None of your people did what they said they would. I never received any notice that after three months my back ordered item was even back in stock, and that it had shipped and multiple delivery attempts had been made. then I called and asked to have the items held at the FedEx store for me to pick up. I was told only a supervisor could do this and I would receive a call when I could pick it up at a FedEx store across town. It was released, no one called to let me know and it was not at the store I was told it would be. Your customer service leaves a very bad impression of your organization.
