Ordered a display case and received it within 3 days from ordering it. After receiving and opening the case I found damage to the case and immediately called Displays2go and told them about the damage to the case. Displays2go stood behind there product and sent me a new display case that arrived in 2 days in perfect condition. The item was just what I ordered and I have no reservations on recommending this company for future orders.
