11/12 Update: The second shelf appeared today. One of my coworkers was so taken with my shelf that he will use the second one. Winner winner, chicken dinner! Now I just need to know how to pay for it. 11/11 Update: I spoke with a chat room staff member on the morning of 11/11. I was told the item was coming on 11/14. The monitor stand literally just arrived in great shape and I could not be happier!! I will see what happens on the 14th. If a second one arrives on the 14th, I may just keep it and pay for it as well. .....The package came in poor conditions with numerous labels - none of which had my name or address on them. The one label was for a person in another state. Consequently, It was refused. Theoretically, the order was replaced and I was given an order number of SPL0049288. I have not received any further communication; I have no idea where the order stands or if the merchandise has been shipped. The people on the chat line, Diamond and Anji were polite, courteous and very helpful. I would like to give them kudos for their attention to this matter. If I could find out about where the order stands and receive a tracking number, that would be greatly appreciated.
