When the order was received, two of the items were broken. It was VERY obvious they were packed broken! I called and two new items were immediately sent and received in time for our event. Problem was solved very efficiently. However, packed broken still does not sit right with me. Will I order again???? ***UPDATE*** No matter what happened and we know things happen, the customer service team jumped on making things right! They have reached out to me twice to make sure things went well! Their concern was very genuine! this was a small order and they could have let it fly. But they were determined to make sure all went well with our event and that the items not on ly served oyur purpose, but served our purpose well. Everyone at thje event wanted to know where we got the sign frame with bussiness card pockets. They were perfect! I did tell them DDisplays2go and I am sure theyu will be ordering some! I did tell them they were a concerned company that wanted the customer's complete satisfaction. Would I order from them again? Absolutely! Would I recommend to others? Absolutely! Great company to do bussiness with!
