The customer service dept was always responsive and attentive. After we ran into a little glitch with the print quality of the logo I provided, the artwork dept (thank you Carrie!) got right on it and reformatted the logo and delivered a beautiful product. We needed the display in just a few days and they made sure Fedex got it to us in time. Thanks to the whole team for delivering a quality product.
