I ordered a display case. I hired a professional to assemble it. It was so unstable and poorly made that it would be a liability to use it in my store. I immediately contacted the customer service department. Bruce in customer service directed me to repackage the case and ship it back at my expense. I told him that was unacceptable. He replied that he would get back to me with a better resolution. Jennifer contacted me and turned this disappointing situation around. After viewing the video of the wobbly case, she immediately issued a full refund. I definitely would work with Displays2go in the future! I am confident that they stand behind their product and want to insure that all their customers are satisfied with their purchases. Thank you Jennifer!!
