The purchasing process was fine, but the packaging for shipping was VERY poor. The product is large and heavy, but was shipped in its thin cardboard box - no separate shipping box. The box was significantly damaged in transit, bags of small parts had come open, and it was virtually impossible to tell if any pieces had been lost until we began assembly. I'd be more comfortable with additional purchases if I had more confidence that the product would arrive intact.
