My first item (hat stand) was imperfect, sat crooked and I was unhappy with it. I contacted Displays 2 Go and they replaced it for me, and did not make me pay for shipping and I didn't have to worry about boxing up and returning the defective one. Replacement arrived today and it stands up straight, was easy to assemble, and I'm very happy with the company's communication and resolution. Thank you!
