I wasn't put on hold for very long, shipping options were explained well, staff was willing to research product information that wasn't readily available online, the product arrived when expected. The negative is that both products I ordered arrived in boxes that were quite damaged. There was inadequate packing materials to protect the product and keep the boxes intact. It is a miracle that the products weren't damaged, but the boxes were to damaged to use for shipping or storage.
