Everything arrived in good shape. We really like our table runner with our logo. The one disappointment I had was the amount of plastic used to ship some of the products, they are in a plastic bag and are then wrapped in lots of bubble wrap. Wish you'd find a biodegradeable product for shipping besides plastic.
