The order experience is good, and the product was delivered within a reasonable timeframe. The product is a bit bulky and could be shrunk in while still keeping the same storage capability, but this is just a personal preference. The overall function is very good and after using some force to twist the pole into the base, the stability became a non-issue. I am happy with the overall stability and appreciate the great customer service. It's a sign of a good company when they are responsive to their customers' concerns and look to resolve them in an expeditious manner.
