I received my solar flag light was pleased with my purchase UNTIL I found out that it didn't come with the gold bulb that holds the light in place. called the 800 # and the young voice was going to look into this for me and get back to me. WELL she didn't. call #2 another young voice was going to call the distributor and get back to me. WELL SHE didn't! now I'm a unhappy camper to say the least. call#3 I get this lovely lady "JANE" who goes out of her way to find things out for me, even calls me back how about that! well Jane got me the info that I needed the gold ball doesn't come with the light. sending lite back!
