Overall the cart is well made of metal and good quality with one exception... the connection from the cart to the monitor is plastic. It does not hold the monitor position well (the monitor tips down when the cart goes over a small bump) and I am afraid to tighten the connections too much for fear the plastic hinges may break and drop the monitor. I wish the monitor connection was made of quality metal, then I would rate this cart 5 stars easily.
