Did not contact the company, but nearly had to. The instructions with the display stands are completely useless, the screws included with the stands for mounting the iPad mini were an incorrect size (too small for the holes and threading on the mounting bracket), and some reverse engineering was necessary to make the stands work at all. Additionally, some quality control about the assembly of the pole for the stands would be necessary to make this product better.
