Customer service is great and received the item quickly. The reason for the 4 star instead of a 5 is the packaging. The box was taped inadequately and a part fell out in transit. Customer service rectified it and sent out another one right away. The 2nd package looked the same but at least all the parts were there. The packaging actually looks like it was returned before and taped back up on both items. The item was a good price.
