Great customer service and quick shipping. We had a problem with one of the locks on the sign that we ordered and they shipped a replacement lock for us to switch out. Although the sign description (P-31988/Outdoor-Advertising-Light-Box-Silver-Aluminum-Frame) says landscape or portrait the mechanics of doing a horizontal sign are going to be difficult to replace the graphics. Other than that the sign appears to be well manufactured.
