My original order arrived in a short period of time, but has a huge dent of the bottom side of the frame. Within minutes of posting this review, I received an email stating a customer service representative would be in contact with me, and within the hour had a lovely woman named Lucy telling me that they were shipping out a brand new frame, free of charge. Wow. Best customer service I've ever experienced!! Would absolutely order again!!
