Arrived with a part broken, but was given a complete replacement (not just the part). They don't replace parts. Great experience with the rep/company (so far). Instructions are pics only. Couldn't figure out where to put a screw. Rep couldn't either. I think we will like the whiteboard unit. Seems sturdy, except for the weak part which broke. Edit: Have tried for couple days to get answers on assembly. China is on holiday, so no answers for at least 6 more days. Parts don't fit together right. Instructions are insufficient. Reps don't have answers. Not what I wanted to spend my time doing. Holding out hope that we can get it put together one day. Try a different company/whiteboard. Conclusion: After receiving 3 whiteboards for the price of one, I am glad for their quick replacement policy. WE finally got them all together. Use a large sharpie inserted into the corner brackets to help instal the corners. The screws go in the middle of the plastic tab on the back of the board. There is no location hole for the screws, just screw them through the plastic tab and back of the board. Hope that helps. There reps do seem to care, and had turned the experience around from a single star to 3 stars.
