Very happy overall with my recent purchase from Displays2go -- my first. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because my file folder rack arrived in a ginormous box that was twice the width of the item purchased. As it's steel and not "fragile," a more judicious shipping practice would have lowered the shipping charge which was over $17 -- so that's the only way they dropped the ball and can improve. The rack itself was something I Hunted for and feel is a very good quality as well as value. Easy ordering, arrived in a reasonable period of time given its origination point and my location (over a week, not a problem), and of course I had the option for more expedited shipping means. But when SIZE is a key determining factor in freight companies setting their rates, to me, boxes should be as small as possible and just have the amount of fill material added to ensure the item arrives safely. Am happy with my rack though and installed it over the weekend. Just what I needed to organize my file folders on the wall vs. taking up room on my desk (!).
