I had an issue with the frames I purchased from Displays2Go when they arrived. The corners had been smashed and scratched up during shipment. After calling technical support, I was sent more frames immediately and didn't have a big headache like I had expected! They sent more frames that had similar damage, but their speed of response was incredible.
