Greetings, I bought the 3 panel display board with the blue fabric on the one side and white magnetic erase board on the other. Although the blue fabric side intended to be used with velcro to hold signs and other things to the board I had experimented and it works out that if you use extra strong magnets attached to the plastic frames they hold to the fabric side just fine. The nice thing also about using magnets on the fabric side they are easier to slide to a different position on the panel. Also some standard button size magnets also hold well the fabric side and can hold a single sheet of paper. I find this to be great asset as I was worried about fabric fatigue in the repeated nature of applying and removing velcro from the board and thus extending the life of the material. Just as a note sheet & rolls magnets are not strong enough to be used on the fabric side only the thicker button and or ones noted as being extra strength work best.
