The podium I ordered was damaged when I got it. I called customer service and they were very nice and offered to send me a new one. When I received the new one it was damaged also. The damage on the new one was on the top of the podium and not as noticeable as the first one so I decided I would just accept it. I believe the fault lies with the manufacturer for not packaging the podium better. Customer service at Displays2go was very helpful. Update: I received a call, today, from Lucy at Displays2go. It is very evident, from the call, that they truly care about the products and service that they provide. My updated review, with a 5 star rating, reflects my feelings toward Displays2go and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks Lucy!
