I had purchased a hook and loop retractable banner a couple of years ago from Displays2Go, and was very happy with that purchase, it came quickly and works well. I recently ordered some black floor easels for an event, that unfortunately was not of the same quality as the banner. The hardware was rusted and one easel was missing a major component. However, I called them immediately, and they are replacing the easel with the missing part and giving me a refund for the rusty hardware that I can replace locally (faster than having them ship me new hardware). While I was disappointed with the quality of the easels upon arrival, the customer service to fix the problem was excellent.
