I purchased 3 revolving card racks whose description stated the pockets were 8", but which could not fit an 8" card. When I contacted customer service for finding a more suitable product, it was suggested that I put my cards in sideways (which no customer would bother to crane their neck to view), and I was given a brusque link to the Returns information. The cost for me to receive and return these racks exceeds the order value, and so I am stuck with items I can't use. The online rep used poor grammar, no manners, and no soft skills. I likely will not shop here again. Follow up: I was contacted by Customer Service, who graciously offered apologies and solutions. I'm happy with the personalized problem-solving I received, and look forward to the chance to shop with them again.
