This is the 4th time I've purchased signs here and have had no issues with customer service, ordering, etc. Product is good and as expected. One thing, on this last order, a different style of suction cup, like a soft plastic, was provided to remove the lens. NONE OF THEM WORKED. They were mis-shapen and did not create a strong enough seal and so popped right off without removing the lens. Luckily, I had some from previous orders that had the "real" rubber suction cup and not plastic for ease in lens removal.
