My experience was good for the most part but there were a few gaps in communication on the shipping notes I requested be included from D2G to the shipper and the shipping company to the actual driver. Nothing that resulted in any issues, just a little frustration. The delivery driver was able to move my pallets (3) closer to the building than I expected, which was a huge plus (over an uneven, natural trail). A word to the wise, the assembly instructions are absolutely terrible. Product names are not consistent throughout the document and I had to watch YouTube to see what connector parts go where on the unit. New instructions are highly recommended...
