I order 3 frames. One large 2 smalls. The large one had a minor issue with the protective lens and I contacted the customer service representative. Sharon H. helped me resolved my issue quickly and easily. I am very happy with the product, the clip system is so easy to use, this is a no brainer vs other frames I have used before. Also, I have used the 3M scratch product to hang all my 3 frames and it is a great solution if you don't want to make any hole in the wall. Special thanks to Sharon who was patient and customer oriented (she was awesome)!
