Easy to order online, received tracking information so I knew when my delivery would arrive and that it consisted of 4 boxes! Website had feedback from previous customers so I was able to see in advance that their orders hadn't included instructions - that allowed me to check back once the order arrived and see that there was a download available so I could put it together, Final product looks great, very professional, and sturdy.
