I originally gave a 4 star review as I thought the product served its purpose very well but came with a pretty significant bend. However, in a matter of days from my original post I received a call from the company that they sent out a replacement rack with more secure packaging. The new product arrived that week in perfect condition and at no charge. This kind of customer service is hard to come by these days!!
