Shipped fast... Not packed very well and the manufacturing process was a bit off, and instructions are almost useless. I was able to do my best (with a struggle) to interpret the instructions. I was able to drill a hole to fix the manufacturing misalignment and I was able to locate all of the screws that were torn free from the bag they were in, scattered throughout the box and the folds in the box. Nothing holds the shelves in place but gravity. But they did ship it fast and charged a fair price.
