The transaction was smooth and had no problems ordering and receiving, however, the corner of the display had been damaged and the particle board was showing. Update 4/14/17: A customer service representative contacted me and has taken care of the problem we had with the shipment of the rack. Their professionalism and customer care is greatly appreciated and we will use them again when the need arises. Thank you.
