I ordered the 9-pocket magazine wall rack (8.5 x 11 size), as our office needed something clear, space-saving, and sleek to display our marketing materials. One of the pockets came broken, and so I called customer service that same day to ask for a replacement or refund. (I wasn't sure how agreeable customer service would be.) I was pleasantly surprised to find that I didn't have to be on hold for long at all, and that customer service was not some answering service overseas--it was employees who knew the products. The employee who spoke to me was very helpful and efficient, and sent me a replacement pocket at no extra charge--and they even threw in two more pockets. They arrived 2 days later, so we didn't have to wait long to finish completing our display area. Strong and efficient customer service is indicative of a company that takes pride in maintaining a good reputation. I would use Display2Go again if we need any products that they sell.
